Tony Gill
Tony Gill is the enterprise specialist for business continuity for the corporate real estate department for BMO Financial Group, which includes the Bank of Montreal, Harris Bank, and BMO Capital Markets. Prior to joining BMO, he was Managing Director of Gill Advisors Inc., a company he founded in 2003, and still serves as its non-operating Chairman. Gill Advisors Inc. remains an independent firm with its own professional staff providing business continuity advisory services to public and private sector clients in the United States and Canada. While managing Gill Advisors, Tony collaborated closely with the Alternative Workplaces Group at the General Services Administration (GSA) and began his work that focused on the strong connection between business continuity planning and telework, and has since been published in several international journals on this emerging topic. Tony received his M.B.A. at the University of Florida and a B.A. at the Florida State University.
