Mr. Vivadelli is CEO of AgilQuest Corporation and founded the company in 1994. Under his leadership, the company has built an international reputation for workplace management innovation, expertise and software excellence.  Major audit firms, financial institutions, governments, and technology firms entrust their international office operations to his company’s products and services.

Mr. Vivadelli created the company’s Agile Workplace Methodology.  The method guides customers through the process of maintaining or improving worker productivity while managing its workplace operations more efficiently and effectively, measuring the actual use of its real estate, and providing the business intelligence necessary to dramatically improve profitability, sustainability and business continuity.   The Method has been adopted by the US Government’s Treasury Department, GSA and FDA, along with many private sector companies.   

Mr. Vivadelli is respected internationally as a thought leader in workplace strategy and management.  He is an excellent public speaker, educating and engaging his audiences at conferences, universities, corporations and governments around the world.

His leadership positions included Board of Directors of CoreNet Mid Atlantic, Chairman of OSCRE’s Strategy and Planning Workgroup, and Virginia’s Joint Commission on Technology and Science.  He contributed to several publications and books, including “Telework, a Critical Component of Your Total Rewards Strategy” – WorldatWork Press, “Software Leadership Strategies” – Aspatore Books, and “The ework Guide” – International Telework Association and Council.  He holds a US Patent for a method and system to manage the workplace.

Mr. Vivadelli held technical, consulting and marketing management positions at IBM, and served as a Qualified Engineering Officer on the nuclear attack submarine USS Silversides, SSN 679.  His educational background is a B.Sc. Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and post-graduate Nuclear Engineering from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.  He lives in Richmond with his wife Stephany and five children.
