Frank W. Connolly, Esq.
Frank Connolly is Senior Council at Hilton Worldwide. He has developed a particular interest in the subject of teleworking, and particularly the labor and employment law issues raised by this type of employment relationship.
Mr. Connolly has written and/or spoken on numerous employment law topics, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment, wage and hour laws, the contingent workforce, restrictive covenants, telecommuting and teleworking, and technology and privacy issues in the workplace. From 1996 through 1999, he served as an associate editor of the Employment Law Deskbook, published by Matthew Bender.
Mr. Connolly graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1989, and received his baccalaureate degree from the University of Chicago in 1986. He is admitted to practice before the bars of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and New York.
